What seems to be the PROBLEM with accountability?????  Remember when we were kids and we were confronted with "fessing up" to a deed.  The less information that we gave out, the better chance we thought of escaping the peach tree swithch.  Do these things not seem "fishy" to other besides me?  Why is our government working sooooo harrrddddd to not do what we say we want done????
